Once we have received an assignment we discreetly approach individuals with the skills you require. We will have a discussion with candidates to ensure your opportunity matches their personal criteria.
If we feel there is a strong match we proceed to promote your opportunity and gain their interest. By directly marketing your opportunity to individuals we can reach candidates that are not registered with traditional recruitment agencies or actively seeking a new job.
Once interest has been gained we will conduct our own interviews to filter the best candidates and provide you with a short list. From this we will discuss your opinions of the candidates and how you would like to proceed.
