Job Detials Ocean Edge is working with a not for profit organisation who provides sheltered housing and care homes across the U.K. They are dedicated to making the lives of older people easier and more fulfilling.
Our client is looking for 2 part-time Regional Allocations Managers to cover the North West Region on a temporary basis. The large patch will be divided between each Manager to ensure the void and letting turnaround time is efficient and to minimise financial void loss to the organisation. Main duties: • To act as the lead person within your part of the region on all voids and lettings activity • To develop, manage and maintain up to date waiting lists of applicants and ensure proactive management of such lists • To actively seek applicants through a range of sources maintaining intelligence in terms of most effective markets. • To directly manage and administer the letting process from initial application through to letting. • Produce statistical reports and recommendations in respect of improving performance • To manage appropriate budgets in relation to voids and lettings
Candidate Requirements: • Car user • Experience and success in lettings • Previous experience of working within a sheltered or supported housing environment
The post holder must have a passion for success and must be self motivated and have the ability to manage own workload.
This is a 3 month on-going contract working 17.5 hours per week.
