Job Description
• To be responsible for the current and future maintenance and quality of our clients housing stock
• To have overall responsibility for the development and implementation of strategies and plans to ensure that the housing stock continues to meet residents needs, future demand, all regulatory requirements, policy and quality standards.
Responsibilites
• To lead the development of excellent customer services to meet the changing needs and expectations of customers, regulators and best practice
• To lead the development of the Asset Management Strategy and stock investment plans, and contribute to the development of the associations Business Plan.
• To have overall responsibility for preparing, implementing and monitoring capital and revenue maintenance, and related, budgets.
• To lead, motivate and develop all managers and staff of the Property Services department to achieve the values of the Association and deliver objectives and performance expectations.
• To prepare and present policy development and operational reports to the Director, Executive and Boards as necessary.
• To be an effective member of the Housing Services Management team and wider corporate management teams
• To liaise with, and develop excellent working relationships with, internal and external stakeholders, contractors and partners as required
• To negotiate and monitor compliance with service level agreements between Property Services and other parts of the Group.
• To monitor and report on compliance with all Health and Safety responsibilities in respect of properties.
