Job Description
• To be responsible for the delivery of the planned and cyclical maintenance programmes for all the clients Properties.
Responsibilities
• To ensure the effective management of contractors and achievement of key performance and quality indicators.
• To seek and respond to customer feedback and input to the development, planning and delivery of services to respond to customers’ needs and expectations.
• To lead, motivate and develop members of the planned and cyclical maintenance team to achieve the association’s values and all performance expectations.
• To plan the teams workload, including settling, monitoring and reviewing targets.
• To be responsible for the procurement strategy for Property Services, to monitor compliance and obtain value for money.
• To develop, monitor and take action where necessary, all capital and revenue budgets relating to planned and cyclical maintenance.
• To develop and implement delivery plans and operational procedures.
• To report to the Senior and Executive Management teams on service delivery, staffing and financial matters as necessary.
• To be an effective member of the Property Services management team
• To liaise with, and develop excellent working relationships with, internal and external stakeholders and partners as required.
• To ensure compliance with service level agreements between the planned and cyclical maintenance team and other parts of the association.
• To ensure compliance with all Health and Safety responsibilities in respect of properties.
