Company
Our client is a medium sized RSL based in central London who own and manage 6000 units. They are looking to expand through tranfer of stock and acquisition from other RSL's. They are currently building a new Property Services team and looking for a hands-on team leader to raise the quality of thee responsive repairs and voids team.
Job Description The main purpose of the Operations Manager is to be responsible for the delivery of the responsive repairs service to all clients and residents. As well as this you will also be responsible for the delivery of the voids works programme.
Responsibilities
• To ensure the effective management of contractors and achievement of key performance and quality indicators. • To seek and respond to customer feedback and input to the development, planning and delivery of services to respond to customers’ needs and expectations. • To lead, motivate and develop the members of the responsive repairs and voids team to achieve the association’s values and all performance expectations. • To plan the team’s workload, including setting, monitoring and reviewing targets. • To develop and monitor all capital and revenue budgets relating to responsive repairs and void works. • To develop and implement delivery plans and operational procedures. • To be an effective member of the Property Services management team. • To report to the Senior and Executive Management teams on service delivery, staffing and financial matters as necessary. • To develop excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners as required. • To ensure compliance with service level agreements between the responsive repairs and voids team and other parts of the Group.
Benefits
The salary will be £50K plus benefits including pension
