Job Description
Our client is seeking a Lettings Manager to take responsibility for the Association’s lettings and voids function.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, motivating and developing members of the Lettings team, ensuring they meet performance and customer service objectives
- Providing a high quality service to customers in respect of lettings to prospective new customers, supporting existing customers with transfer, exchange and housing options advice, and organising decanting of tenants affected by major refurbishment programmes
- Coordinating the diverse range of functions involved in successful lettings and voids management by working cross-functionally with other managers and maintenance contractors
- Leading on local lettings plans and negotiating nominations with partner local authorities to create sustainable communities
- Contributing to the successful handover of new units into management
- Managing all Choice Based Lettings services
Our client is offering a salary of £35K per annum.
