Providing high-quality, affordable housing to key workers and other local residents, our client sees the big picture as well as the small detail. Reporting straight to the development director, you’ll take charge of the HA’s program of developments and regeneration schemes throughout the southeast and even identify property & land to oversee acquisitions and arrange funding. You’ll also appoint consultants & contractors and project manage the schemes.
Thanks to the immense scope of this role, you’ll be able to build experience across an exceptional breadth of areas. To make the most of this opportunity, you’ll need at least 3-5 years’ background in housing development, and a successful track record of setting and managing budgets.
