Salary up to £65k
One of the UK’s leading providers of shared ownership is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to be responsible for the overall performance of the organisation and to lead on all operational functions across the Out-Right sales, Marketing and Research team.
Duties:
• You will be key in driving new projects forward
• Introduce and monitor new processes across operational functions to ensure the delivery strategy is achieved
• Analyse continuous improvement and recommend and implement any changes
• Monitor operational and performance delivery against KPIs and create a working culture that encourages innovation and high performance working
Essential requirements:
• You must have an analytical mindset with a focus on improving performance
• Have the ability to drive a workforce in achieving targets and business objectives
• Have strong Project Management and I.T skills
This strategic role will require you to to make an immediate impact and will rely on your substantial knowledge of selling new build properties.
