Our client is a major employer within older persons care across the southwest. They are looking for an existing home manager/general manager with at least 2 years experience to take charge of an exciting project centred around the planning, co-ordination, successful opening and ongoing management of a new build care home in the Cotswold’s region.
As part of this you will manage an existing home in the region whilst dealing with the planning, marketing staff recruitment and training for the new 80 bedded home
The Background of the deal candidate for this role:
• Will come from a Registered General Nursing Background
• Have experience of Dementia and EMI in an older persons residential care setting
• Will have held at least 2 years experience as a registered manager within an older persons care setting
• Will have managed home’s of at least 40 beds
• Will be keenly focused on the provision of quality care
My client is looking to offer the successful applicant a comprehensive salary and benefits package which incudes
• Base salary of up to £40000 dependant on experience
• 25 Days Holiday per year plus bank holidays on top
• Contributory pension scheme
