Ocean Edge is now recruiting for a busy Housing Association which has just been through a big restructure to improve its services. As a result they are now looking for two temporary Area Housing Managers on 3 month contracts which could potentially turn into permanent roles.
Due to the ambitions this company has it is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a growing team whilst working with some very key people in the housing industry.
The company already has over 10,000 units across London with over 2000 units in their pipeline so are very active during a time of economic slowdown.
This role will report back to the Assistant Director of Housing, who is taking the company through the period of change, and managing a whole region which consists of approximately 4000 units.
You will need to manage a small team of newly placed property officers with varying levels of experience and continuously ensure the focus is kept on customer satisfaction and value for money.
This role is very operational and will require experience of being hands on and forward thinking. Ideally you will have worked in companies going through significant change whilst keeping a team motivated and performing.
Compensation is expected to be £200 per day
