Property Manager/Housing Manager
Our client is a leading housing association focused upon delivering
high quality housing and excellent customer services to all its
residents.
They are looking to appoint to the role of Property Manager. As
Property Manager you will be responsible for the front line delivery of
housing services to all residents within your patch. The post holder
will report back to an Area Manager but have autonomy to make decisions
that will improve the delivery of services to residents.
Within the role you will be dynamic, a champion of customer services and dedicated to improving the organisation.
You will need to have experience of managing all types of tenure including leasehold.
This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to work with a leading
business that is undergoing significant change with the ambition of
becoming the strongest player in the market.
