Housing Operations Director
Our client is a London based housing association managing approximately 400 units.
They focus upon supplying housing and support to older and vulnerable people and pride themselves on delivering a very people orientated service.
As Operations Director you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring the smooth delivery of both the housing management service
• Ensuring the smooth delivery of the property services function
• Management of staff
• Management of external consultants and contractors
The successful candidate will need to have experience of delivering both housing and property services in previous roles. You must have worked within supported housing and hold asset management experience.
Our client is a small business meaning the post holder will both be a member of the senior management team, having a strategic input in to the organisation you will still need to remain hands with some of the day to day issues.
