Our Client
Our client is a leading Housing Association based in North London.
The organisation is undergoing significant change and is recruiting to all levels. They are interested in recruiting leaders who can work independently to deliver the highest possible level of customer services to all their residents.
The Opportunity
The successful candidates will ideally have a property management background but this is not essential. However it is essential that all applicants have team management experience and are able to illustrate how they have lead teams through periods of change and motivated teams to deliver the highest possible level of customer services. Successful applicants must demonstrate through their own initiative how they have delivered on their organisations targets by identifying problem areas as well as developing a strategy to deal with problem issues and delivered these successfully.
