Our Client
Our client is a North London based housing association looking to improve the level of service delivered to residents through the restructuring of its Anti Social Behaviour Team. They are recruiting senior Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) professionals to work with their operational teams to deliver the highest possible levels of training and practical support to the entire business in relation to ASB.
The Opportunity
The post holder will build links with internal and external teams and build systems and procedures to ensure a consistent approach to all matters relating to ASB. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring ASB performance standards are met through the monitoring of cases to meet agreed targets.
The post holders will take a hands on approach with some higher profile cases ensuring the best possible outcome and compliance.
This role will work within a standalone ASB team delivering a service to the other sections of the organisation. To be considered for the role you will need significant experience of working in a ASB team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to help structure and deliver the best possible ASB solutions within a major housing provider in London and to ensure that resident’s needs are be meet in the most effective manner possible. You will have the ability to help a major organisation re-engineer its systems to achieve the highest level of ASB advice, support and resolution is conveyed.
