Our Client
Our client is a growing housing association based in North London.
We are helping them to recruit to the interim role of Leasehold Services Manager. The post holder will act as a support to the housing team developing systems, giving guidance and training to all matters relating to leasehold management such as calculating service charges, preparing for tribunals and general leasehold policies.
The Opportunity
The post will have no hands on housing management responsibilities but will act as a knowledge base for those delivering a service to leaseholders and residents. Our client needs new systems and procedures put into place to ensure the highest levels of customer services and it will be this post holders role to evaluate current systems and procedures and implement new initiatives where necessary to ensure the highest leve3ls of customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting role with the scope to change a major provider of housing in London and to significantly improve the level of customer service delivered to residents.
The ideal candidate will need extensive knowledge of leasehold management and will need to have experience of working for a business that has absorbed a significant number of new build homes.
Salary up to £37,800 plus benefits
