Our Client
Our client is a leading housing provider based on the South Coast. They are seeking an experienced Customer Services Director/Deputy Chief Executive to ensure all the residents of their 9,000 homes receive the best possible quality services.
The Opportunity
The role will take ultimate responsibilities for the Customer Services, Housing Management, Property Services and Asset Management Teams and will report back to the Chief Executive. The housing association is targeted upon becoming the leading provider of affordable housing in their region and is looking for a strong leader who can help to improve the business and drive the organisation forward.
The organisation is going through significant transformation and therefore change management is desirable. The post holder will be focused upon delivering the best possible customer services to residents and will build in the systems to enable this to happen. This is a challenging role that will enable the successful candidate to deliver real change within the business and will result in the improvement of communities and residents lives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer services and have a good understanding of housing and property. They will also be a strong leader that will inspire a large team through a period of significant change.
