Our Client
Our Client is a large London based RSL, who currently own and manage 26,000 properties. They are a major provider of new build low cost home ownership schemes.
Our client is in need of a Senior Property Management Officer to provide a high quality, consistent and flexible Leasehold service to the association.
The Role
Responsible to: Leasehold Manager
The Officer will be responsible for the day to day duties such as liaising with tenants, calculating and estimating service charges and any ASB issues.
The post holder will be a dynamic individual who will already have previous knowledge of Leasehold Management and good customer service skills.
Salary Package
Our client is offering a salary of £29,000 - £31,000 per annum.
