Our Client
A large West London based housing association is looking to recruit an Asset Manager with experience of large scale capital refurbishment projects.
This is a great opportunity to work in a leading affordable housing provider and manage large scale capital projects, maintaining contractors and external consultants.
Person Specification
You will need experience of managing large scale capital improvement projects and hold a successful track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
This will be an 18 month contract
